Great experience with Jeff Arms Inspections. He came recommended by my agent. Jeff reached out immediately after I contacted him requesting an inspection and provided a date, time and quote in the same day! Very detail-oriented from the get-go, which I appreciated greatly. Jeff was very professional and thorough, and obviously knowledgeable regarding all aspects of home repairs and inspections. Arms home inspection service was quick, effective, and easy. I called to explore the options of getting mold testing done on a home that I am going to be moving into. There was a slight odor and I wanted to rule our any possible mold. When I called, Jeff was very informative and helpful and answered all my questions. He got my onto the schedule very quickly. When he came, he did a walked through and even pointed out other items to be aware of. Hes a pro and happy to help. He understood my situation and needs and put the results in on a rush. Jeff came out to inspect my commercial property that I was purchasing. He was able to gibe me a quick appointment and the price was so reasonable. He arrived before me and already had start inspecting the outside. He explained things to me as we walked through the building and that made me feel comfortable. Jeff went above and beyond with the inspection for our first home. He was very through and explained everything to us as we walked through the home.
